Where we ship

RARE Research currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed (a total of 4–7 business days from order date). You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Free shipping

Free domestic shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Lyophilized compounds are sealed in single-use vials and protected for transit.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 business days, contact support@rareresearch.pro with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per the issue verified.
