Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and the health and safety constraints involved in shipping biological materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, contact support@rareresearch.pro within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A short description of the issue

Verified claims are resolved with a replacement at no charge or a full refund — your choice.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
